A New Place to
Store Your CUPS

Introducing, Cupboards! Cupboards are a whole new way to store your CUPS - in other words, settings for CUPS adventures! This is CUPS' first 1st party supplement. There have been wonderful CUPS supplements made in the past, but this is the first time that one has been made by Chubby Crow Games.

Okay, so what's the deal?

CUPS: Cupboards is a new series of supplements for CUPS that offer new rules for classic settings. This is the first volume: fantasy. It includes fantasy species, classes, rules for spells and special abilities, and a way to recuperate spoons! All tucked into 48 words in 4 simple, 12-word paragraphs.

48 words? Why?

CUPS: Cupboards is my submission for this year's 48 Word RPG Jam! While it does include licensing information and an introduction, the mechanics of the game are conveyed by just 48 words. 

Wait, why is that crossed out?

Because I am very, very silly. Rule 1.3 of the 48 Word RPG Jam is: "It should be a standalone game, without the need for other game texts." You may notice that a supplement is not a standalone game. So I actually will not be submitting this to the jam. But, it's already finished, and it's 48 words, so 48 words it shall remain!

This is not the fault of the jam hosts; the rule is there, clear as day, and I just didn't think about it when I got this idea. The jam is awesome and you should definitely check it out!

Okay so anyway, cupboards --

And fantasy is just the beginning! Keep an eye out for sci-fi Cupboards, pirate Cupboards, maybe even modern Cupboards. If you have an idea for a Cupboard volume you'd like to see, let me know, and I'll see what I can do! Or, heck, why not make your OWN Cupboard?!

YEAH! CUPS is licensed under the Creative Comrades License Agreement 1.0, which means that you can make anything you want for CUPS as long as you include credit to the original creator (me!).
